Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA):

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days of final checkout via USPS. Tracking is handled through ship station, you will be sent an email from ship station with tracking info. Shipping timelines will be set by USPS at the time you order and timeline shall start 2-5 days after check out. If you have any questions regarding tracking of your package or if you suspect a package is lost please call 1-800-ASK-USPS. Heirloom Terrain, LLC is not responsible for tracking once USPS is in possession of the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international packages are shipped via DHL or USPS First Class International, which is indicated when you are checking out.

A customs declaration number will be provided, however transit and delivery times may vary by country. Please know that import duties and vat charges may be applicable for deliveries outside of the USA and are not shown in your order total. Heirloom Terrain, LLC does not assume any responsibility for import duties or customs charges. Unless otherwise covered in Refund and Return Policy, International Sales are final, we will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees.
